In 2025, and as a way of continuing to give back to others, we have collaborated with Two Good Co to create a campaign called:
"A MEAL FOR A MEDIATION"
The idea is that for every mediation booked in at Divorce Done Differently, we will donate a meal to Two Good Co.
Currently Divorce Done Differently has donated 142 meals to Two Good Co. If you or your firm would also like to donate a meal for each mediation held with us, please visit our page HERE or use the Donate button below.
Everything Two Good Co does is designed to rebuild self-worth and independence, in order to help people break free from the cycle of disadvantage. With every purchase you make with Two Good Co, you're helping to change the course of someone's life; you're walking alongside vulnerable women as they find their way home again. |

FRIENDLY FEEDBACK
We are always open to feedback and in 2025, we have received some lovely feedback from clients and our referrers:
“I want to thank you so much for Wednesday. I was so nervous and had no idea what to expect. You are so beautifully suited to your role - you are obviously so incredibly knowledgeable & experienced, but you also made me feel safe & comfortable & supported. You explained everything so kindly & clearly. The whole day was long & hard & very surreal, but you made it far easier than I could have imagined.”
"Thanks Shelby - it was professionally enriching to be involved in such a constructive and respectful process."
"We couldn't have done it without you as the collaborative coach."
"Thank-you for what you did today Shelby. Your contribution was well beyond just the role of a Mediator." |

TINY TRAUMAS
by Meg Arron
When little things have big impacts. This book is for anyone who feels that they’re sleepwalking through life, looking for answers to challenging emotions and the practical tools to begin living the life they want.
‘How are you really feeling? A bit blah, meh or simply ‘I don’t actually know’. If this is your honest, knot-in-the-throat response, take a moment – breathe – and let me reassure you that it’s not you, it’s what’s happened to you over the years. You can’t quite put your finger on it, but somehow you just don’t feel like you’re thriving or truly participating in your own life.
This is the result of a build-up of life’s scrapes, papercuts and bruises that have left you feeling simply ‘not ok’. Emotional illiteracy, microaggressions, challenging familial relationships, toxic positivity and gaslighting are some examples of what I call ‘Tiny T’ trauma – the impact of which often leads to problems such as high-functioning anxiety, languishing, perfectionism, comfort eating and sleep disturbance, to name but a few.
We have been fooled into believing that ‘Tiny T’ trauma doesn’t matter. There always seem to be huge, intractable problems in the world, so we tend to overlook those small, everyday injuries that drill down to your core. This leaves us with an undercurrent of constant melancholy and niggling pinpricks of anxiety, all wrapped up in the film of other people’s Insta-perfect lives.
But life doesn’t have to be experienced in this suffocating way; we owe it to ourselves to develop Awareness, Acceptance, and take Action on our Tiny T trauma, no matter how ‘small’, and to start living every day as we deserve.’ |
