Regrettably, when a cancellation or postponement is made without sufficient notice, it limits our ability to serve other clients. This cancellation policy is designed to honour the time commitments of everyone involved. It outlines how to request a cancellation and the associated fees. We implement this policy to ensure fairness to both our business and clients who may have wanted an appointment.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
We appreciate that this is a difficult time and situations may arise where the Mediation will need to be cancelled or postponed.Ā We have set out below the cancellation policy.
You may cancel or reschedule by:
- Using the Reschedule button on the email booking confirmation received from our booking system.

If the appropriate notice is not given within the minimum notice period of 14 days before the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the event as per the cancellation fee schedule below.
CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE
INVOICING AND PAYMENT
If applicable, cancellation fee invoices will be issued upon notification of cancellation and are payable within 7 days.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the client/s cancelling the event.Ā For example, if the mediation is a full day mediation ($6,600 incl GST) and it is cancelled by both clients within 7 days or less from the mediation event, each client will be charged 50% of the total fee i.e. $3,300 incl of GST each.Ā If the mediation is a full day mediation ($6,600 incl GST) and it is cancelled by only one client without agreement of the other, within 7 days or less from the mediation event, the client cancelling the event will be charged 100% of the total mediation fee i.e. $6,600 incl of GST.
