CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate that this is a difficult time and situations may arise where the Mediation will need to be cancelled or postponed.  We have set out below the cancellation policy.

You may cancel or reschedule by:

1. Using the Reschedule button on the email booking confirmation received from our booking system.
2. Call or text 0400 045 583
3. Email: For mediations with Shelby Timmins [email protected] or for mediations with Catherine Parks [email protected] or for mediations with Paniz Yazdi [email protected] 

If the appropriate notice is not given within the minimum notice period of 14 days before the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the event as per the cancellation fee schedule below.

CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE

INVOICING AND PAYMENT

If applicable, cancellation fee invoices will be issued upon notification of cancellation and are payable within 7 days.  The fee is apportioned equally between the parties, unless alternative arrangements are made and have been agreed to in writing.
