When you need a little help arranging the mediation my 'Let Me Help' Package with Shelby Timmins includes:
🖤 Contacting the other party and inviting them to mediation (2 x in writing and 1 by telephone);
🖤 Explaining the mediation process to the other party; and
🖤 Issuing a section 60i Certificate if the other party refuses, doesn't respond or your matter is not suitable for mediation.
